Our service includes:
- Full site update: Includes thorough testing on a staging site before taking the updated site live, ensuring a smooth, safe update process.
What’s Not Included
- Custom Code and Custom Plugins: Issues related to custom code or custom-built plugins that are not part of the official WordPress plugin repository or marketplace are not covered.
- Design Changes: This service does not include any design changes or site redesigns.
- Third-Party Integrations: Our team will not address any issues related to third-party integrations (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing platforms, custom APIs) that may arise as a result of updates.
- Hosting Environment Issues: We do not address hosting/server issues or migration requests.
- Content Management: Updating or managing content (text, images, etc.) is the client’s responsibility. We are not responsible for any content formatting issues that may arise after updates, especially if custom formatting was applied outside of the theme or page builder settings.
- Post-Update Support: One revision is included, but additional revisions or ongoing maintenance require a separate service.
- Security Issues: Malware removal, fixing security vulnerabilities, and restoring backups due to security incidents are not covered.
